Here is what will happen after you submit your application for a specific position:

  • Acknowledgement of receipt: You will receive an automatic confirmation as soon as your application has been submitted.
  • Application review: Our team will review your application against the requirements of the position and the skills sought.
  • Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 6 weeks. If you have not heard from us after this period, this means that your application has not been selected for this position. You will, however, be welcome to apply for other opportunities in the future.

  • Final decision:
    • If your application is successful: You will be contacted by phone and email to confirm our decision, followed by a job offer.
    • If your application is unsuccessful: You will be informed as soon as possible by phone or email.
  • Hiring: If you accept our job offer, you will need to provide the required administrative documents, including copies of your diplomas, employment certificates, authorisation to practise in Luxembourg where applicable, and criminal record certificates (Bulletin No. 3, as well as Bulletin No. 4 for driving positions).
