Equity, diversity and inclusion

The Laboratoire national de santé (LNS) is committed to fostering gender equity, diversity, and inclusion within its workforce. In alignment with the European Commission’s Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025, we have developed this Gender Equality Plan (“GEP) to ensure equitable practices and promote an inclusive, supportive environment for all employees.

This GEP is essential to our mission in public health and aims to embed gender equity in all aspects of LNS’s work and organizational culture. It enables the LNS to set clear objectives, implement concrete actions, and achieve measurable results, thereby making progress in this area for the benefit of both internal and external stakeholders
