At the Laboratoire national de santé (LNS), we are committed to maintaining a workplace environment that is respectful, safe, and compliant with legal and ethical standards. We value integrity, transparency, and accountability in all our activities.
To this end, and in accordance with European and national legislation, the LNS has set up a whistleblowing platform that enables people who obtain information in the course of their professional activities to report in complete security a breach by the LNS of directly applicable national or European law.
The LNS takes reporting cases very seriously. Therefore, only serious reports should be made. The LNS will treat alerts as formal complaints. Cases that do not fall into this category should be reported through other LNS channels.
Deliberate false reporting may result in disciplinary action.
