Infections and screening
Detecting infections and carrying out screening tests so that action can be taken as early as possible.
- HPV screening and infection testing:
Detection of agents responsible for genital infections is based on highly sensitive and specific molecular methods. These techniques enable targeted identification of human papillomavirus (HPV), sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and infectious vaginitis from cervical or vaginal samples. - Cervical cancer screening (Pap test):
Cervical cancer screening is based on microscopic analysis of exfoliated cervical cells collected during a gynaecological examination. This examination, known as a Pap test, can identify precancerous and cancerous cervical lesions at an early stage, before symptoms appear. - Specialised biological analyses:
Analyses in allergology, hormonology, haemoglobin electrophoresis, vitamins, calculi and cancer markers.
