Quality Approach
We have robust systems in place to ensure high quality services and results for our customers and patients.
The Chief Quality Officer and the Quality Team oversee and support all quality related topics.
The Chief Quality Officer is accountable directly to our Chief Executive Officer.
Expert teams oversee every aspect of our processes, from pre analytical to analytical and post analytical.
In addition to internal control measures, our quality processes are reviewed and audited by internal and external regulatory authorities. We use quality management systems that comply with all applicable standards and regulations and other leading standards organizations.
Standards
Accreditation status
ISO 15189:2022 “Medical laboratories- requirements for quality and competence” and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories” are the standards implemented at the Laboratoire national de santé.
