Consent for the storage of personal data by the LNS

As part of the recruitment process, the LNS collects and stores data about you in order to process your application. We would like to obtain your consent to retain your personal data (in particular those contained in your CV) in order to process your application for employment and to possibly keep your CV in our recruitment database for a potential future vacancy.

By giving your consent, you understand that you may request :

• to see your data to check their accuracy at any time via an access request
• a copy of your personal data held by the LNS at any time, and that this request is free of charge
• the rectification of incorrect data concerning you via a rectification request
• that your data should be destroyed on request, by exercising your right to oblivion or by withdrawing your consent
• You also understand that if you are not satisfied with the way the LNS uses your data, you may file a complaint with the CNPD.
