We would like to point out that the LNS only carries out COVID 19 tests upon request from a hospital or from the Inspection sanitaire.

Tests that have been requested by a general practitioner or another physician outside a hospital will not be carried out at the LNS. We would ask the holders of such prescriptions to contact the private laboratories directly for this.

We thank you for your understanding of this distribution of tasks, which is part of a common coordinated approach of all relevant players. In addition, we would like to point out that the Ministry of Health recommends that tests only be carried out where there are manifest symptoms that indicate a possible COVID 19 infection.
